My experience includes relationship management between various teams with technical and non-technical backgrounds. My technical duties and history with Blackboard technologies also developed my skills to lead and manage various projects and enhancements to such applications. As a published author and a countless presenter, I provide highly developed verbal and written skills to communicate with all positions within educational organizations.
